ในการก่อตั้งโรงเรียนครั้งแรกใช้ชื่อว่าโรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศนครราชสีมา 2 ต่อมาในวันที่ 12 มีนาคม พ.ศ.2558 ได้เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็นสารสาสน์วิเทศโคราช
โรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศโคราชเป็นโรงเรียนลำดับที่ 33 ของกลุ่มโรงเรียนในเครือสารสาสน์ ก่อตั้งขึ้นโดยท่านประธานอำนวยการนายพิบูลย์ ยงค์กมล และ ท่านรองประธานอำนวยการนางเพ็ญศรี ยงค์กมล ตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 989 หมู่ 5 ต.หัวทะเล อ.เมือง จ.นครราชสีมา รหัสไปรษณีย์ 30000 บนเนื้อที่ 71 ไร่ 2 งาน 52 ตารางวา และได้เสกเสาเอกเพื่อดำเนินการก่อสร้างอาคารเรียนในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 31 สิงหาคม พ.ศ.2556 จนอาคารเสร็จ และเริ่มดำเนินการรับสมัครนักเรียนเปิดทำการเรียนการสอนในปีการศึกษา 2557 และได้ทำพิธีเสกอาคารในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 18 ธันวาคม พ.ศ.2557 โดยคุณพ่อเปโตร ประยูร นามวงศ์ เป็นผู้ทำพิธี หลังจากเปิดดำเนินงานได้ 4 ปี ได้มีการซื้อที่ดินเพิ่มเติมด้านหน้าโรงเรียนติดถนนสาย ฉ. ปัจจุบันมีเนื้อที่ทั้งสิ้น 97 ไร่ 2 งาน 34.7 ตารางวา มีอาคารเรียน 7 ชั้น จำนวน 1 หลัง 95 ห้องประกอบไปด้วยห้องเรียน 81 ห้องเรียน และห้องประกอบการ 14 ห้อง, อาคารหอประชุม, สระว่ายน้ำ, โรงอาหาร, สนามอเนกประสงค์, อาคารดนตรี, อาคารหอพักครูไทย และครูชาวต่างชาติ
ในปี พ.ศ.2561 ได้ทำพิธีเสกเสาเอกหอพักนักเรียนชายและหอพักนักเรียนหญิงในวันศุกร์ที่ 9 มีนาคม พ.ศ.2561 โรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศโคราชเปิดหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนเป็นแผนกสองภาษาระดับชั้น เตรียมอนุบาล - มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 (NC. - Gr.12) แผนกสามัญ ระดับชั้นอนุบาล 1 – มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6มีนายนพพล นุ้ยเปรม เป็นผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนคนแรกในปีพ.ศ.2557 มีเด็กหญิงจิดาภา เรืองทิพย์ รหัสนักเรียน 00001 เป็นนักเรียนคนแรก และนางสาวญาตินันท์ เปียเมือง เป็นครูคนแรก ของโรงเรียน ตำแหน่งครูอนุบาล และในปัจจุบัน นางสาวปรางค์ทิพย์ แรมจะบก เป็นผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน มีจำนวนนักเรียนทั้งหมด 1,122 คน ครูไทย 88 คน เจ้าหน้าที่ต่างๆ 13 คน พี่เลี้ยงเด็ก 10 คน ครูต่างชาติ 15 คน และ คนงาน 31 คน
ปัจจุบันจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนเน้นและส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนมีความรู้จัดการเรียนการสอนโดยเน้นนักเรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง นักเรียนจะได้เรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ตรงด้วยตนเองและสนุกกับการเรียน ส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนมีคุณธรรมที่ดีงามตามวัย มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ และมีพัฒนาการที่สมบูรณ์ทั้งร่างกาย อารมณ์ สติปัญญา และพร้อมมอบโอกาสทางการศึกษาให้กับเยาวชนในจังหวัดนครราชสีมาและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง สำหรับผู้ประสงค์ที่จะพัฒนาภาษาอังกฤษสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการภายใต้หลักสูตรของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ
When the school was first established, it was named Sarasas Witead Nakhon Ratchasima 2 School. Later, on March 12, 2015, the name was changed to Sarasas Witead Korat.
Sarasas Witead Korat School is the 33rd school in the Sarasas Group of Schools. It was founded by Mr. Pibul Yongkamol, Chairman, and Mrs. Pensri Yongkamol, Vice Chairman. Located at 989 Moo 5, Hua Thale Subdistrict, Mueang District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Postal Code 30000, it sits on a 71 rai, 2 ngan, 52 square wah plot of land. The foundation stone was laid on Sunday, August 31, 2013, to mark the start of construction. The building was completed and student enrollment began in the 2014 academic year. The school was officially blessed on Sunday, December 18, 2014, by Father Peter Prayoon Namwong. After operating for four years, additional land was purchased in front of the school, adjacent to Road No. C. Currently, the school occupies a total area of 97 rai, 2 ngan, and 34.7 square wah. It comprises a seven-story building with 95 rooms (81 classrooms and 14 administrative rooms), an auditorium, a swimming pool, a canteen, a multi-purpose field, a music building, and dormitories for both Thai and foreign teachers.
In 2018, the foundation stone laying ceremony for the boys' and girls' dormitories was held on Friday, March 9, 2018. Sarasas Witead Korat School offers a bilingual curriculum from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12 (NC. - Gr.12) and a regular curriculum from Kindergarten to Grade 12. Mr. Noppol Nuiprem was the first school director in 2014. Jidapha Ruangthip (student ID 00001) was the first student, and Miss Yatinan Piamuang was the first teacher, in the kindergarten position. Currently, Miss Prangthip Ramjabok is the school director. The school has a total of 1,122 students, 88 Thai teachers, 13 staff members, 10 childcare providers, 15 foreign teachers, and 31 workers.
Currently, the curriculum emphasizes and promotes student-centered learning. Students learn through direct experience and enjoy the learning process. It fosters good moral values appropriate to their age, encourages creativity, and promotes holistic development in physical, emotional, and intellectual aspects. The program provides educational opportunities for youth in Nakhon Ratchasima and surrounding provinces who wish to develop their English language skills to achieve academic excellence under the curriculum of the Ministry of Education.
